Kitchen and bathroom products vary in weight, size and installation requirements, so delivery and return eligibility are confirmed for each order.
Delivery options
Available methods, charges and estimated timing depend on the destination, product dimensions, stock and carrier coverage. The applicable choices are shown at checkout or documented in the quotation.
Receiving your order
Check package count and visible condition on arrival. Report missing or transit-damaged items promptly and keep the packaging, labels and photographs needed to support carrier review.
Return eligibility
Contact customer service for authorization before returning an item. Eligibility depends on the order terms and usually requires the item to be unused, uninstalled, complete and safely packed; custom, installed or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded.
Before installation
Confirm model, finish, quantity, measurements and connections before installation. Installing or altering a product can affect return eligibility, so raise any discrepancy before work starts.
