What may be covered
Applicable coverage generally addresses verified manufacturing defects arising during normal residential or commercial use, subject to the product-specific warranty period and conditions.
Common exclusions
Normal wear, unsuitable water conditions, aggressive chemicals, misuse, impact, unauthorized modification, incorrect storage or installation, and failure to follow maintenance instructions may be excluded.
Preparing a claim
Keep the order reference and product label. A claim may require photographs, a clear description, installation details and maintenance history so the product and cause can be assessed.
Remedy and local rights
Any inspection, repair, replacement or other remedy follows the applicable warranty and order terms. Mandatory consumer rights in the relevant jurisdiction are not limited by this summary.
